According to legend (also known as "the internet"), the Japanese celebrate Christmas by indulging in a certain brand of fried chicken, and, to be honest, we can kind of get behind that approach. While this is perhaps not the pinnacle of Japanese cuisine, the appreciation of high-quality tea and the use of yuzu are just some of the amazing flavours Japan has given us. In fact, we like to think that the fried chicken gets paired with something like our Yuzu Cute splashed over a glass of sparkling wine or saké!
This refreshing mix of yuzu, hibiscus, green tea, and lavender is our homage to some of our favourite Japanese-inspired flavours. The tangy and slightly bitter yuzu blends beautifully with the floral notes from the infused gin and liqueurs, and the whole symphony comes together when mixed with sparkling wine.
Even if you're not having fried chicken for your Christmas dinner, we're confident that this lovely drink will lift your spirit!
